Terms of Service

• Company: AI Tech Digi.
• Client: Any individual or business purchasing or inquiring about our Services.
• Services: Digital marketing offerings including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, website and app development, and paid advertising.

Work is carried out according to the strategy and scope agreed with the Client at the start of an engagement. Any additional tasks requested beyond that initial agreement may incur extra costs and extended timelines, and will be communicated before work begins.

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to any necessary digital assets or accounts, reasonably prompt responses to queries, and ensure their own compliance with any legal or regulatory requirements relevant to their project or industry.

• Payments follow the schedule set out in the project agreement or invoice.
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
• No refunds are issued once work has commenced, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

AI Tech Digi retains ownership of all content, designs and strategies produced during an engagement until payment has been received in full. Upon full payment, the Client is granted usage rights to the final deliverables for their intended business purpose.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project, and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

AI Tech Digi provides marketing and development strategies in good faith but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings or results. We assume no responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our Services.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled prior to termination taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or the appropriate legal proceedings in New Delhi.

AI Tech Digi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
